  • Stock Availability: In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to advise on the estimated delay or offer an alternative/refund.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than the estimated times.

  • Accurate Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. SolarLightsA cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
  • Receipt of Goods: All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available at the specified address to receive the parcel during business hours.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage before signing for it. If the package appears damaged, make a note of it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products ordered passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
